Sophie completed her Bachelor (B.A. Mod) degree in Medicinal Chemistry at Trinity College Dublin.
Her research as a PhD student is focused on investigating strapped porphyrins and their therapeutic
potential, and is funded by an Irish Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship.
