Nitika gained her Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in synthetic organic chemistry of substituted porphyrins. Joining Prof. Senge's research group in January 2018, her present research is focused on the functionalization of strained hydrocarbon scaffolds, such as bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane and cubane. Additionally, Nitika manages the day-to-day business of the group in her role as Laboratory Manager.
